Housekeeping Coordinator

1.To handle telephone calls, reception duties & admin matters.
2.To manage the housekeeping desk area.
3.To co-ordinate all incoming and outgoing calls.
4.To attend to all guest requests calls before directing to the respective personnel.
5.To provide general administrative duties and tasks that may associate with the departments.
6.Preferably with 2 years of working experience in office reception or administration field.
7.Good communication & interpersonal skills with pleasant personality and able to communicate well in English.
8.Must be computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel as well as hotel FIDELIO
9.Graduates from Hotel Tourism & Training Institute in Room Division
