Night Manager
Role Description:
In this role you will assist with the responsibility for the smooth running of the entire night shift operation, your first priority will be first-class customer service. You'll see that everything is clean safe and secure - it's also about creating a real team atmosphere at night. An organized person with supervisory or management experience, you'll be ready to solve any problem any time..
Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
1.Previous Front of House experience, preferably within hotel or customer service environment
2.Previous experience of night work and Must be computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel as well as hotel FIDELIO
3.Supervisory experience and training skills
4.Organization, and planning skills
5.Ability to use judgment
6.Team leadership and team work skills
7.Business awareness
8.Effective communication skills
9.Ability to work flexible hours and night shifts
