We are PT. Senayan Trikarya Sempana (STS), a joint venture company of Kajima Overseas Asia Pte, Ltd and Badan Pengelola Gelora Bung Karno, the developer and operator of Senayan Square , comprising Plaza Senayan, Plaza Senayan Arcadia, Sentral Senayan I & II office towers and Apartemen Plaza Senayan. Sentral Senayan III office is now under construction and further development is planned in the future.
STS seeks applications from suitably qualified persons to join its international management team in the following capacities :
1. Receptionist / Front Desk Agent (FDA / APS)
- Female
- Age between 22 – 26 years old
- Single
- Minimum Tourism High School / Diploma graduate
- Good English (spoken and written) is a must
- Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and computer literate
- Good appearance
- Willing to work on Public Holidays with shift working hours

2. Senior Tenant Relation (Sr. TRO / APS)
- Female
- Age between 22 – 27 years old
- Single
- Diploma / Bachelor degree holder from local / overseas university, majoring in Hotel / Tourism Industry
- Excellent English (oral and written) is a must
- Good communication / negotiation skills
- Computer literate
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
3. Assistant Executive Housekeeper (AEH / APS)
- Male
- 23 – 35 years old
- Single / Married
- Local/Overseas graduate from D3/S1 degree in Hotel / Tourism Industry
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
4. Room Attendant (RA / APS)
- Male
- Single
- Age between 22 - 28 years old
- Minimum SMA / SMIP graduated
- Honest and friendly
- Good performance and neat
- Height min. 155 cm
- Understand English (Basic Level)
- Having knowledge about cleaning product
5. Restaurant Supervisor (RS / APS)
- Male / Female
- Age between 25 – 30 years old
- Diploma holder from overseas or reputable local Hotel Academy
- Having minimum 3 years experience in the same position
- Good in English (spoken and written)
- Leadership qualities, supervisory and F&B service trainer skills
- Service Quality oriented
- Willing to work on shifting hours
