Growing villa company based in Seminyak is seeking the following:

1. Chef
-Knowledge of both Asian and Western foods
-English Speaking
-Ability to work as part of a team
-True knowledge, curiosity and interest in food and cooking required
-Time management and Organization skills
-Although we may consider free lance for fill in we are seeking full time staff here

2. General maintenance management
-Oversee maintenance
-Create maintenance program
-Take care of pools and gardens

Architect/ Designer
-Strong with Autocad & 2/3 d imaging
-Understanding of complete building cycle
-English Speaking
-Strong time management skills
-Ablity to work up cost analysis for projects based on site and drawings
-Creative spark
-We are looking for full time staff

Tukang/ Building Supervisor
-Ability to read drawings
-Ability to lead and drive a team
-Accountability to project, budget and deadlines
-Time management and organization skills
