1. Guest Service Agent:
- Proficient with Fidelio, Young, Energic, willing to serve, Good English conversation.

2. Telephone Operator:
- Proficient with Fidelio, Pleasant, Willing to serve, Guest Focus & Great follow up.
- Good English conversation
- Has a smile on the voice

3. Room Service Waiter:
- Pleasant
- Service Oriented, energetic
- Has F & B Basic Knowledge
- Room Service Experience is advantaged
- Must have a good English Conversation

4. Sales Manager (Room):
- Outgoing Personality, Charming
- Previous Experienced as sales
- Good in working with target

5. HR Training & Personnel Assistant :
- Positive person that good to talk to, creative, lots of idea, good in administration, Good Training assistant
- Preferable Understand Law, previous experiences

6. Assistant Banquet Sales Manager :
- Service Oriented
- Energetic, Positive and high performance
- Excellent communication in English
- Good in Microsoft Excel, Well organized
- Experiences at least as a Sales Executive

7. Duty Manager:
- Service Oriented
- Energetic, Excellent communication in English
- Good knowledge of Fidelio, good problem solver
- Has been as Supervisor for about 2 years

8. IT Assistant:
- Previous Experienced is a must
- Be able to provide support at anytime
- Good in Software and Hardware Troubleshooting

9. Account Receivable :
- Good English communication
- Previous Experienced is a must
- Fidelio Proficient, Microsoft Office
- Efficient and Accurate in Reporting

10. Director of Sales & Marketing:
- Communicating well both English and Bahasa
- Proficient in Sales & Marketing
- Good in Negotiation skill
- Good in Presentation Skill
